Integrity

Enjoyed creating a video of my top 10 life lessons this morning. Afterwards I took my daily "Mindset Mile" walk and realized I didn't include honesty or integrity on my list.

"To thine own self [and others] be true" definitely ranks high on my list!

Without the credibility of my word, all of these blog posts and youtube videos are meaningless and worthless. Without transparency, practicing what I preach, and the humility to accept responsibility for my actions [owning my part, apologizing and making amends when necessary], I don't deserve your trust and participation in this process.

Honesty is imperative for my peace. Today I prioritize peace and practice my top ten in the video linked above in order to maintain serenity in my life.
