Life is short.
Life isn't fair.
We are not promised tomorrow.
In the power of NOW, I am processing this recent discovery: American author Richard Carlson, Phd
who wrote "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" died unexpectedly at the age of 45 from a heart attack triggered by an embolism on a flight descent in 2006. To be sure, this revelation is not NEW NEWS for most people.
But it was for me.
As I continue to narrate the remaining strategies from this book at the Grateful Gwen Channel one day at a time; I will be reminded of just how brief and fragile this lifetime is truly.
